Psychotherapeutic Counselling in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire
If you are seeking to change a behaviour, overcome a problem or improve your mental wellbeing, counselling can offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to accomplish this.
The foundation of psychotherapeutic counselling is the collaborative relationship between the individual and therapist. As your therapist I aim to provide the frame that will allow you to work through the challenges you are facing.
Counselling Services
About Counselling
I currently work with individuals over the age of 18.
I can offer sessions online via video call or in person at dedicated counselling rooms in Malborough and Wantage.
Initial Consulation
It is important to find the right counsellor for you to get the best out of your therapeutic experience.
As such I offer an initial consultation free-of-charge, via phone or video call, to discuss what brings you to counselling and see whether this feels like a good fit for you.
Regular Sessions
Regular sessions are 50 minutes in length.
My fee is £60 per session.
During the initial consultation we will agree a time and day for weekly sessions to occur.
